The Eurasia Heritage Foundation held a workshop as part of the project "New Independent States in Central Asia: political aspects of globalization and international partnership".

Qiang Xiaoyun, Ph.D. in Political Science, Deputy Director of the Russian-Central Asian Studies Department of Shanghai Institute for International Studies, made a report «Central Asia in China's Policy».

Elena Kuzmina, political scientist, senior fellow of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ivan Safranchuk, Director of the consulting company «LaTUK», and Andrey Kazantsev, political scientist, senior fellow of the Center for the Euro-Atlantic Security Studies of Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

 

Vladimir Matfeev, a leading fellow of the Center for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and regional security issues of the Institute of the Far East Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Nargis Nurulla-Khodjeva, philosopher, Executive Director of the «Right and Justice» Foundation, and Zarina Dadabaeva, political scientist, leading fellow of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
