The Eurasia Heritage Foundation in cooperation with the Institute of Public Engineering have launched a project “Russian Debates in the Regions”. The first lecture “Why do the Western political scientists believe that Russia does not have the civil society?” was delivered by an American political scientist Michael Urban in Kuban State University (the city of Krasnodar) on October 17, 2005.
