The results of the sociological study “Dynamics of political behavior of the Russian diasporas in the EU states (Germany, Latvia, Romania and Estonia)” was published.

The complex monitoring study, which is made on the order of the Russian Foreign Ministry, includes the country analysis and comparative analysis blocks. The study endeavors to determine the factors that promote consolidation of the Russian diaspora, and to assess effectiveness of various mechanisms of Russia’s interaction with the compatriots abroad.

Among the authors are the Eurasia Heritage Foundation experts: Kyrill Gavrilov, Elena Kozievskaya, Aleksandr Tolmatch, and Elena Yatsenko.
