Elena Yatsenko, President of the Eurasia Heritage Foundation took part in the working meeting of representatives of the Russian NGOs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

At the meeting a draft of Program of work with compatriots abroad for 2012–2014 was discussed. The Program is being developed by the Interagency working group in accordance with the instructions of the Russian Government.
