Experts of Eurasia Heritage Foundation have taken part in the World thematic conference of compatriots "About the status of Russian in foreign countries"

Conference is organised by the Governmental commission on affairs of compatriots abroad, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Rossotrudnichestvo. 200 heads of public associations of compatriots have taken part in action and experts under the status of Russian from 92 countries of near and far abroad.

Main objective of a forum — the analysis of the status of Russian abroad, first of all in the countries of the near abroad, development of mechanisms of maximum use of possibilities of the international norms, conventions, the local legislation for preservation of Russian in system of national education of the foreign states, search of new approaches on base for a foreign Russian community to language problems.

The Eurasia Heritage Foundation since 2006 conducts the given theme. In 2007 in a Year of Russian «Russian complex research has been conducted in the new independent states», whether which together with «Russian world» Foundation has been presented at the international conference « Is necessary the Russian language in the new independent States?».
