Denis Kim, expert of the Eurasia Heritage Foundation, gave an interview to the Russian TV channel «Russia Today» where he commented upon the telephone conversation between Roza Otunbayeva, head of the Kyrgyz provisional government of national confidence, and Vladimir Putin, Russian Prime Minister.

Denis Kim emphasized that it was important that Vladimir Putin phoned the oppositionists, who seized power, not Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
