The Eurasian Home website held the on-line conference with David Gozer, expert on Kyrgyzstan, researcher of Michel de Montaigne Bordeaux 3 University (France), professor of Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University.

The conference subject was 20 years after Kyrgyzstan's becoming independent: results and prospects.
