In the framework of «Migration Potential in the New Independent States (Baltic and CIS countries)» project a research «Migration Potential of the New Independent States and conditions of its attraction to Russia» was carried out.

The research was completed by Leonid Rybakovsky, economist, professor, head of the Center for Geopolitical Studies of the Institute of Social and Political Studies under the Russian Academy of Sciences.
