Elena Yatsenko, President of the Eurasia Heritage Foundation, and Elena Kozievskaya, Director for Development, took part in the final stage of The Fifth All-Russian Competition of Intellectual Projects «Derzhava-2009».
The competition was founded by Russia's Public Chamber, «Russkiy Mir» Foundation and «Unity for Russia» Foundation.
The competition organizers accepted the works dealing with the country's modernization and seeking to solve the tasks in the key social spheres — domestic and foreign policies, culture and public relations.
The event covered the ceremony of the competition summing up and awarding the winners of the «Derzhava» intellectual projects competition as well as the round tables with the participation of the competition winners and jury members, Russia's famous scholars,
