Tatyana Doudar, editor-in-chief of Eurasian Home website, took part in The European and Asian Media Forum-2009, which was held in Moscow on December 9-10.
The Russian Agency of the International Information «RIA Novosti», which organized the Forum, invited over 150 heads of the national mass media from the
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev greeted the Forum participants. In his address Dmitry Medvedev spoke about the use of digital technologies in the mass media in Russia and other CIS countries. President Medvedev also called the Forum participants to permanent and unbiased dialogue.
Sergei Lavrov, Foreign Minister of Russia, Igor Schyogolev, Minister of Telecommunications of Russia, and Segei Lebedev, Chairman of the Executive Committee — Executive Secretary of the CIS Executive Committee also addressed the Forum opening ceremony.
