Elena Kozievskaya, Director for Development of the Eurasia Heritage Foundation, took part in the hearings on the draft report «Energy and Sustained Development».

The report is prepared by the United Nations Development Programme.  

The event was organized by the Committee of the RF Public Chamber on Environmental Policy and Conservation of the Environment.  

Vladimir Zakharov, chairman of the Committee of the RF Public Chamber on Environmental Policy and Conservation of the Environment; Viktor Zagrekov, national director of the project, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation; Mikhail Babenko, UNDP project manager; Sergei Bobylyov, Doctor of Economics, head of the group of authors, professor of the Faculty of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University; Leonid Grigoriev, Candidate of Economics, president of the Institute for Energy and Finance Foundation;  Igor Bashmakov, Candidate of Economics, executive director of the Center for Effective Energy Consumption, and others took part in the hearings.
