The Eurasian Home analytical and information website held the on-line conference with Natalia Kaminarskaya, Executive Secretary of the Donors Forum.

The on-line conference subject was the development of charity in Russia and in the New Independent States as well as the Seventh Annual Conference of the Donors Forum «Modern Philanthropy: Scenarios of Developpment» that will be held in Moscow, on October 22.

Natalia Kaminarskaya has been working in the nonprofit sector for ten years. Her professional interests include private charity, charity ethics, the charitable society and reality. Since 2001 Natalia Kaminarskaya has been an Executive Secretary of the Donors Forum, a partnership of the leading Russian and Western grantmaking organizations working in Russia.
