The Eurasia Heritage Foundation supported by the All-Russia political party “Yedinaya Rossija” held a session of the special panel for discussing problems of innovative activities, intellectual property and Russian high technologies. This session was conducted within the framework of the international conference “Regional economic development – a basis of Russia’s image”, organized by the National Corporation of Economic Development and the European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry.In the course of the special panel representatives of the government agencies, scientific and educational establishments, public organizations and business community discussed urgent problems of the state innovative policy and development of high technologies in Russia
