Internship within Eurasian Home website

The Eurasian Heritage Foundation invites humanities students to participate an internship in the project «Eurasian Home Analytical and Information Resource».

Eurasian Home website www.eurasianhome.org is a specialized bilingual analytical and information Internet resource about the New Independent States (NIS). Among priority topics of the website are political and economic processes in Eurasia and America; integration concepts and strategies in the world; integration between the countries of the former Soviet Union; the search for models of effective economic integration; economic and political interaction between the countries of the CIS as well as with the rest of the world (EU, USA etc.).

Eurasian Home website invites the students, who would like to acquire experience of work for Internet mass media, to participate in the internship. Successful applicants, who will pass the test, will assist the English language editor performing the following tasks:

  • filling the columns with contents; 
  • editing the translations;
  • searching information in Internet;
  • interacting and corresponding with the English-speaking experts;
  • organizing the banner exchange with the relevant resources.

Requirements for applicants:

  • specialization in international relations, world politics, political science, world economy, foreign languages, history, journalism or social science. 
  • excellent command of English and Russian.
  • good organizational and communicative skills.

The position is intended for full-time working day (from 10.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.) in the Moscow office of the Eurasia Heritage Foundation. The position is unpaid, the travel and accommodation in Moscow are at intern's expense.

Following the internship the Eurasia Heritage Foundation will issue certificates and give recommendations.
